In the sun

After 1.5-2 hours, you can increase the temperature to 65-75 C, and after another 2 hours, reduce it to about 55 C again and continue to dry the mushrooms in the oven for another 2 hours.

Then lay them on a glass plate and send them to spin for 20 minutes. During this time, the mushrooms will let the juice, which must be drained. In the electric dryer
The method of drying ceps in an electric dryer is very simple, takes a minimum of time, does not require constant intervention. How to store dried mushrooms?
It is important to provide dried porcini mushrooms with the right place and storage conditions. Glass containers or cardboard boxes can serve as containers.
